The former Ninoshvili Bazaar has been reimagined as a multifunctional recreational and cultural destination. The space currently features nine padel courts operated by Gym Breeze and is designed to host interactive installations that invite audiences to engage deeply with art.
Event Venue
Designed for artist residencies, exhibitions, cultural workshops, and art fairs, the venue also hosts formal dinners and product launches. Its architectural scale, high ceilings, and flexible layouts allow the space to transform with each concept.
